Information may be shared only with configured payment, SMTP, SMS, hosting, compliance and professional-service providers where required for those purposes or by law. PAN and bank details use server-side controls and are not stored in browser storage.

Retention and rights

Records are retained only for operational, audit, tax and legal requirements. Subject to applicable law, members may request access, correction or deletion by contacting the foundation. Final contact details, retention periods, cookies, grievance process and cross-border transfer language must be added after legal review.

Security

We use WordPress authentication, capability checks, HTTPS, server-side validation and protected provider credentials. No online system can guarantee absolute security; report suspected account or data issues promptly.
